At Teuta Matoshi, we want you to feel extraordinary in our designs; however, if your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, standard-size garments within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective materials remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our atelier inspects the garment.
