How do I determine my correct size for a gown?
We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. Since our gowns are often structured with corsetry, please ensure your bust and waist measurements are accurate. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size to allow for professional tailoring.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our handcrafted designs worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Each Teuta Matoshi piece is made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, followed by 3-5 business days for express international shipping.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our garments are made-to-order, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags attached.
Can I request custom measurements for my dress?
We currently offer a 'Custom Size' option for most of our gowns. You can select this on the product page and provide your specific measurements to ensure a perfect fit tailored to your body shape.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local customs office and vary by country.
